Due to the differences in monitors, colors in photos might display differently on your monitor then actual colors of the product. Many of our glass colors are translucent and thus react differently in different lighting conditions.  The camera often picks up colors that might not be noticed on the tank you purchased in regular room lighting.

Glass Guarantee:
We guarantee that your glass will arrive intact, not broken.  If the glass has arrived broken, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your shipment to begin the process of a replacement. 

Every glass piece on the site is a one of a kind unique hand made piece.  During the process of blowing it is possible that colors could drift into places not intended or the intense heating can form very slight dings, marks or indents in the glass, this simply adds character to each piece and is inherent in the process used and shall not be considered defects.  In rare cases if the process described here takes away from the intended design, we will note this and reduce the price at our judgment.  Several detailed photos of every product is included on the detailed product info page.  Please be sure to carefully view each photo prior to checking out as each item is sold as is.

Please Note:  This guarantee is only valid for tanks purchased through phiniac.com.  If you purchased your tank through a reseller of phiniac.com, we are not responsible if your items did not arrive safely, please contact the vendor the glass was purchased through to review their arrival guarantee.

Warranty:
End Caps - There is a 6 month warranty on the end caps against manufacturer defects when purchased with a tank.

Due to the inherent nature of Glass we are unable to warranty any glass sold on the site, we make every effort to insure that our products are durable, but as is the case with ANY glass product breaking is a possibility, so please use with care.

The Cobra Atomizer is not covered under warranty for thread crossing (stripping the threads)

Anodized colors are not warranteed from dulling, fading or being removed due to improper care as this is inherent to all anodized titanium. DO NOT rub with abrasive cloth or sponge as this can remove the color from the titanium.

There is no warranty on Drip Tips, Tank Tools, Carto Punches or any other tool and accessory including Caps sold seperate from tanks.

Returns:
All sales are final for items personalized with initials, names or other lettering. As well as sandblasted custom designs personalized for you.

If you are not happy with a glass product purchased through phiniac.com we will accept returns for undamaged products not listed above within 30 days of purchase.

• There is a 6% restocking fee of the order subtotal before shipping.
• Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
• All items must be returned in the condition it was received
• Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility
• All items must be shipped back to phiniac.com insured for no less then $50

Phiniac Tanks are manufactured and designed to be used with the provided caps and o-rings, usage in any other way, including but not limited to the following, can cause serious personal injury or damage to the glass. :

-Using product in any way in which it was not intended
-Using product with parts not provided by phiniac.com (i.e.: o-rings, caps, corks or other parts)

By purchasing this product you understand and accept all responsibility for any damage or personal injuries that may result at any time releasing the manufacturer of any and all liability (personal or otherwise) resulting thereof.
